It all begins with a safety. Roofing and waterproofing are no joke, high risk jobs. All of our team members are required to attend DFU during onboarding and continuously throughout their time at J.R. Jones Roofing and Waterproofing. Why? Everyone must go home at the end of the night.

The programs contained within the DFU curriculum cover all topics from PPE, ladder safety, rigging, and much more all the way to fall protection. Additionally, there are courses designed to impact not just practical rules of safety but changing behaviors and emotions to align them with a safe mindset. DFU is an all encompassing, fully immersive, continuous safety training platform.
